Motiva International Leadership and Coaching Services is comprised of executive coaches, facilitators, and trainers who bring diverse backgrounds and share common values, all driven by a passion for the impact they create. Who We Are

We are a consultancy, coaching, and training company that uncovers the human resource potential of organizations, creates sustainable leadership models, ensures employee satisfaction, and addresses change needs.

Our Team

She has been pursuing this passion professionally for more than 30 years. She is a graduate of the Business Administration Department at Boğaziçi University. She provides individual coaching for leaders and executives, team coaching for teams, and facilitation for groups.

She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She holds the title of Master Coach from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a designation awarded to coaches who consistently contribute to the development of the profession and support the growth of other coaches. She is also accredited as MCC (Master Certified Coach) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She shares her experience to contribute to the development of the coaching and mentoring profession as an ESIA-accredited supervisor, international coach and mentor assessor, coach and mentor trainer, and author.

As a Gallup CliftonStrengths accredited coach, helping clients identify and amplify their strengths is a core element of her coaching approach. Guided by her belief in diversity, she works professionally across different cultures, from the United States to the Far East, and from Africa to Europe. She is also accredited by the international coaching company CoachSource LLC.

Driven by her passion for sharing knowledge, she voluntarily supports many social and professional initiatives. She has designed two ICF-approved training programs aligned with international standards: “Deep Emotional Awareness for Leaders and Coaches” and “Coaching Skills and Tools for HR Professionals.”

Her strength and success in working with leaders are strongly influenced by her earlier career in international investment banking, where she developed the ability to see the big picture, create vision, and build strategic foresight. While guiding financial funds operating in Europe and the United States in evaluating portfolio and fixed investment opportunities, she developed a strategic perspective that she now applies to helping leaders and organizations discover and develop human potential. During her corporate career, she was selected among the top candidates for a Leadership Development Program, chosen from hundreds of managers, and received extensive training in leadership development.

With more than 7,500 hours of coaching experience and over 20,000 participants in her programs, she has supported the development of more than 200 national and international organizations together with the Motiva team, maintaining a 98% client satisfaction rate.

Her strong curiosity for learning is the main driver behind her continuous development. Through her commitment to sharing knowledge, she has trained many coaches and trainers. Her articles have been among the most widely read on platforms such as the Harvard Business Review Blog. She frequently speaks at national and international conferences and is also the co-author of one of Turkey’s early coaching books, “Coaching Skills in Management.”

In addition to transformational and developmental coaching for leaders and teams, she has extensive experience in facilitation, change management, influencing and persuasion, and emotional intelligence. Her company, Motiva International Training and Coaching Services, delivers its work with a team that is experienced, ethical, and strong in corporate expertise.

She is the Turkey partner of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), one of Europe’s leading coaching schools. She also represented the Search Inside Yourself Institute, founded at Google, for two years. She continues to work toward expanding SIY – Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness programs for leaders in Turkey.

She serves as the Turkey solution partner for several international institutions, including New Haven (USA), Demos-Hemsley Fraser (Germany), Talentis (France), and OCAI (Netherlands). She is also one of the coaches in the Global Coaches network, the coaching partner of the World Bank.

Her strong vision, analytical perspective, intuitive approach, and entrepreneurial spirit have enabled her to pioneer many initiatives in her field. She was among the first to bring an internationally accredited coaching school to Turkey, worked as one of the country’s early executive coaches, conducted pioneering work on intergenerational communication, and developed creative and innovative programs for the business world.

An important part of her personal development journey took place within Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global leadership organization. She gained her first trainer experience and international title there nearly 30 years ago. She was selected to represent Turkey at the European Leadership Academy, and later served there as a trainer. She held leadership roles within the organization for many years and was awarded the title of Senator in recognition of her contributions.

Gamze Acar Bayraktaroğlu is the mother of a 17-year-old daughter and has been happily married for 24 years.

Canan Büyüksayar is a performance coach and trainer accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has completed the Executive Coaching Training Program at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) and provides coaching and mentoring for executives.

As part of the faculty at AOEC, one of the largest coaching schools in the UK, she also conducts team coaching based on her systemic coaching training. Her work focuses on helping teams enhance their performance and realize their potential.

In the realm of social responsibility, she co-facilitates the “Leadership Training Project” for AIESEC students, supporting young leaders in making solid strides toward their leadership goals. She also provides leadership-based training for TEGEV.

After graduating from Marmara University with a degree in Business Administration, Canan spent 32 years in corporate life. During this time, she held various positions, including Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Finance Director at a German company for 20 years, Human Resources Manager at a law firm for 2 years, and Human Resources Director at Estee Lauder for 8 years. Following this extensive corporate career, she decided to transition to coaching and consulting, leveraging her accumulated knowledge and experience. For Canan Büyüksayar, coaching is not just a profession but a way of life, shaped by her experiences and philosophy towards people and their development.

Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse leaders and teams, gaining invaluable insights into different cultures. She has participated in various training programs, including Strategic Thinking, You, the Coach, Developing Skills and Capacities, Stress Management, Communication Skills, Effective Results, Change Leadership, Change Management, Leadership, Teamwork, Mindfulness, and Transactional Analysis (TA). Ata Bayraktaroğlu is a consultant, facilitator, and executive with extensive experience in leadership, teamwork, sales, business development, and change management. He holds a coaching certification from CTI (Co-Active Training Institute). His leadership approach is disciplined, structured, and focused, grounded in strengths-based, people-centered principles that drive tangible results. He is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and uses this approach to help teams explore complex issues, build shared understanding, and develop creative solutions to strategic challenges. He also delivers in German language.

His sports background forms an important part of his leadership philosophy. He played water polo professionally for ten years and was a member of the Turkish National Water Polo Team. During his education, he also served as a leader on his school basketball team. These experiences strengthened his capabilities in teamwork, discipline, and delivering results under pressure.

He began his education in Istanbul and graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1986. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Austria and graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien). He lived and worked in Vienna for 10 years, where he founded his own trading company and engaged in international import operations. His academic background in economics within an international environment strengthened his analytical thinking, strategic perspective, and cross-cultural competencies. He is fluent in German and English.

Throughout his professional career, he has held leadership roles in international companies across various industries, taking active responsibility in establishing sales organizations, business development, team management, and leadership processes. He has led international companies entering the Turkish market, building and structuring their organizational, operational, and commercial systems. His international experience includes working with many multicultural teams.

During periods of change and growth, he aligned teams around shared objectives and delivered sustainable performance improvement. As a consultant and facilitator, he supports leaders and teams in leadership development, team alignment, decision-making processes, and change management. With his coaching background and field experience, he designs structured processes that help individuals and teams gain clarity, take ownership, and move into action. His hands-on approach ensures consulting engagements translate into concrete results.

With a strong commitment to learning and development, Seda leverages her 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across various leadership roles to create value in leadership, coaching, and talent development. Through her roles at multinational pharmaceutical companies such as Roche, Bayer, Sandoz, Novartis, and GSK, she has gained deep experience in both corporate environments and transformation processes.

In addition to Turkey, she has delivered leadership coaching, leadership development programs, performance development training, presentation skills workshops, strategy training for field teams, and onboarding programs for new teams across Emerging Markets (including Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru-Chile, Russia, India, Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine). She has also facilitated various development workshops for managers.

She designed comprehensive capability frameworks for marketing teams, field teams, and first- and second-line managers and led their organization-wide implementation.

She has been a keynote speaker at international platforms, including the 9th Sales Summit and Spectrum Meetings.

During company mergers, she managed organizational transition processes and coordinated comprehensive assessment programs to identify new leadership structures and ensure accurate talent placement.

She has completed advanced training programs in coaching and negotiation techniques and has delivered internal corporate training programs. Beyond theoretical knowledge, her long-standing experience in sales, marketing, and business unit management has enabled her to actively apply and deepen these approaches in practice. Her field experience provides a strong implementation focus in her leadership and development work.

Seda holds a degree in Biology from Istanbul University, Faculty of Science. After completing her English language education in the UK, she graduated from the English Certificate Program in International Management at Istanbul University. She is married with two children and resides in Istanbul.

Müge Bakiler, Uluslararası Koçluk Federasyonu tarafından akredite edilen, PCC (Professional Certified Coach) ünvanlı bir performans koçu ve eğitmendir. Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), Yönetici Koçluğu Eğitim Programını tamamlamıştır. Ayrıca CTI’dan koçluk eğitimi ve sertifikasyon sürecini tamamlayarak, CPCC ünvanı almıştır. 2000 yılında mezunu olduğu, analitik tarafını besleyen ODTÜ Kimya Mühendisliği, beraberinde farklı etkinlikler, dalış kulübü, bahar şenlikleri gibi sosyal ortamları da hayatında tutmasına olanak verdi. Koç Üniversitesi’nde pazarlama üzerine yaptığı MBA sayesinde analitik olmanın üstüne eklediği yaratıcı düşünce biçimi hayatını daha doygun yaşamasında bir adım daha oldu. Mezuniyetin ardından gelen FMCG sektöründeki ürün müdürlüklerini, aile şirketinde sektör analiz süreçleri ve yatırım planları izledi. Bu süreçlerde edindiği yönetim becerileri ve ekip çalışması tecrübeleri, koçluk ve eğitimlerini zenginleştirmektedir. Çocukluk hayali olan seslendirme yapma fırsatı eline geçtiğinde hem stüdyoda asistanlık yapıyor olmak hem de film, belgesel ve çizgi filmlere ses olmayı, yerine başkasını koyamayacağı bir tecrübe olarak nitelendirmektedir. Bunu takiben bir tiyatronun pazarlama koordinatörlüğünü üstlendi. Ve farklı bir sektörün dinamiklerini tanıma fırsatı elde etti.

Farklı sektör tecrübeleri iletişim becerileri, farklılıkların yönetimi, değişim yönetimi, karar alma süreçleri ve yaratıcı düşünce yetkinliklerini zenginleştirmiştir. MBA eğitimine başladığı 2000 yıllarında kişisel gelişim konusunda kendine yatırım yapmaya başlayan Müge Bakiler, bitmeyen bu yolculukta sürekli öğrenerek ve keşfederek yol almayı heyecan verici bulmaktadır.

AIESEC, Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği, OGAD, Koruncuk Vakfı gibi kuruluşlarla gönüllülüğe dayalı projelerde yer almaktadır. Bir erkek, bir kız çocuk annesi olan Müge, onlarla beraber hayatı öğrettiği kadar öğrendiği bir annelik serüveni yaşıyor.

İşine duyduğu tutku ile “İşinizi severseniz, bir gün bile çalışmak zorunda kalmazsınız” cümlesini inanarak hayata geçirmiş biri. Müge, ICF (International Coaching Federation) Global, ICF Türkiye ve EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) üyesidir.

Ahmet Altılar is a professional with over 30 years of experience in both corporate leadership and coaching. In the early phase of his career, he held senior IT leadership roles at leading global financial and technology institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Blackline. He built and led teams driving digital transformation, infrastructure management, and operational excellence initiatives. Through international assignments across multiple countries and cultures, he developed deep expertise in change management and cross-cultural leadership.

Following his corporate career, he transitioned into coaching and consulting to channel his leadership experience into human development. For nearly 15 years, he has been working professionally with individuals, teams, and organizations. He holds the EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and is a graduate of ICF-accredited programs.

In his coaching practice, Ahmet emphasizes insight, behavioral transformation, and sustainable development. His approach is grounded in trust, awareness, and responsibility, aiming to create space for individuals to recognize and activate their full potential.

As the founder of Elba Data Consulting, he conducts executive and team coaching for leaders, new managers, start-up founders, and entrepreneurs. He also provides pro bono mentoring to university students and young professionals, viewing the transfer of experience to new generations as a social responsibility.

Ahmet integrates analytical thinking with intuitive awareness in his coaching methodology. With his background in technology and business, he particularly supports leaders navigating rapid change, digital transformation, and complex organizational structures, helping them strengthen strategic thinking, effective communication, and empathetic leadership skills.

Committed to his continuous professional development, he regularly receives supervision, participates in international conferences, and follows emerging leadership approaches. Ajlan Sözütek is an executive coach and mentor accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with extensive experience in upper management. He has completed the Practitioner Diploma Program at the Academy of Executive Coaching, one of the world’s leading international coaching schools. In addition to coaching, Ajlan actively engages in management consulting to equip corporate leadership teams with competencies aligned with strategic objectives. His expertise includes facilitating leadership groups and designing and implementing Leadership Development Programs. Ajlan began his career at Koç Holding and continued as a senior executive in the establishment and management of Garanti Life and Pension and Finans Life and Pension Companies. He managed a critical transformation project at ALICO Turkey, a subsidiary of AIG, and completed 27 years of active corporate professional life following the sale of the Finance Pension Company, where he served as Founding General Manager for seven years, to an international group. He has established and managed sales organizations across the country, developing new executives and nurturing leaders aligned with corporate culture. Through the changes he led in most of the organizations he worked with, he pioneered the establishment of a systemic approach and a balanced focus on human development.

Due to his commitment to personal growth and his multifaceted, multicultural experiences, Ajlan was selected as one of the leading talents in the “Future’s Birth” leadership development program at Doğuş Group, which lasted for four years. Significant milestones in his personal leadership journey include the five-month “Ecole Internationale” executive program in Paris under the French insurance company AGF, the international executive training program conducted in Delaware, USA, under AIG/ALICO, and the executive development program in Munich, Germany, for the insurance sector by Munich Re.

Ajlan completed his secondary education at İzmir Saint Joseph High School, high school at İzmir Atatürk High School, and his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Business Administration and Social Sciences at Middle East Technical University (METU). He is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Anadolu University. Fluent in English and French, Ajlan is well-known for his analytical skills and social capabilities. His coaching and mentoring approach combines encouragement, motivation, and support with a thought-provoking, questioning style, consistently leading to strong results.

Zeynep is a professional coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 1,000 hours of experience. She is one of the few accredited trainers of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’s Neuroscience and Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence Program, originally developed at Google. Zeynep’s passion lies in enhancing the quality of life of her clients by combining leadership experiences with professional coaching and mindful leadership tools, enabling them to reach their best selves.

As a co-founder of Unlimited Coaching, Zeynep blends her 14 years of managerial experience in corporate settings with the International Coaching Program from the Coaches Training Institute and the Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching (ORSC) program. She facilitates positive transformations for individuals and teams through mindfulness, coaching, and positive psychology tools.

Zeynep is a globally certified trainer at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, and her dream is to integrate mindful leadership into corporate habitats, helping leaders maintain their human aspects while achieving success and well-being. She is also a graduate and international trainer at the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Zeynep embarked on her career after graduating from Istanbul University with a degree in English Business Administration. Embracing continuous learning as a life philosophy, her passion for coaching led her to earn an MBA in International Finance, as well as certifications in Positive Parenting (Parentology), ORSC Fundamentals (Team Coaching), Awareness IQ, Heart Path, and Search Inside Yourself.

She diversifies her professional services through two programs that provide meaning and joy in her life mission: “First, You Be Well” Mindfulness for Mothers and “Recognize Your Child by Their Star” Programs. Zeynep shares her life experiences and insights particularly with parents, teachers, and students.

After completing her education, Zeynep started her career at Garanti Bank as a Management Trainee. During the first half of her twenty-plus years of professional experience, she gained managerial expertise in corporate banking and project finance at both local and global banks. Enjoying the process of self-discovery and transformation, Zeynep joined the Coaches Training Institute’s coaching program in 2012, believing in the potential of Professional Coaching and Training to enhance society. She continues her social responsibility efforts with various non-profit organizations, including ICF, EMCC, the Corporate Wellbeing Platform, the Teacher Academy Foundation, WTech (Women in Technology Platform), and TEGEV.

To transition her corporate experience into the real sector, Zeynep took on the role of co-founder at Creo Management Consultancy, providing Project Management services to companies. She helped organizations benefit from European Union and TÜBİTAK R&D funds and established university-industry collaborations to enhance their innovation capabilities.

Currently, she designs and conducts Leadership and Wellbeing Programs within her own Unlimited Coaching company and as a freelancer. While continuing her career and team coaching initiatives, she supports entrepreneurial mothers returning to the workforce with mindfulness tools.

Eda 23 senelik FMCG, perakende, satış ve pazarlama konularında tecrübesi olan bir yöneticidir. Tecrübesinin 16 senesini Unilever, Procter & Gamble ve en son Türkiye’nin en büyük holdinglerinden olan Anadolu Grubu’nda Genel Müdür Yardımcısı olarak geçirmiştir. Uluslararası firmaların farklı coğrafyalarındaki uluslararası ekiplerini genel stratejik yönetim, pazarlama, satış, dijital ve perakende konularında yönetmiştir.

8 yıllık Unilever deneyiminde en son Orta Doğu (Dubai, Fas, Mısır, Arabistan..) ve Rus ekiplerini yönettiği ‘Pazarlama Direktörlüğü” görevini yürütmüş,  ‘Pazarlama Akademisi’ni kurmuş ve 15’den fazla ülkede 60’dan fazla eğitim vermiş ve ülkeler arası tecrübelerin paylaşıldığı bir network kurmuştur. Öncesinde, Şangay Çin’de 3 yıl ‘Satış Direktörü’ olarak çalışmış ve Çin, Hindistan, Singapur, Dubai ve Endonezya’da 5 Global Müşteri Kategori Inovasyon Merkezi kurmuş ve 12 farklı Asya ekibini yönetmiştir. Procter & Gamble ve Pfizer’de 15 farklı Orta Doğu ülkesinin ve Rusya’nın pazarlama yöneticiliğini yapmıştır. Eda, kendi dijital e-ticaret şirketini kurmuş ve 5 yıl sonra satarak şirketten ayrılmıştır. Şu anda Boğaziçi Üniversitesi’nde E-ticaret ve Dijital pazarlama eğitmenliği yapmakta ve kendi danışmanlık şirketinde dijital pazarlama, e-ticaret, inavasyon ve stratejik planlama konularında danışmanlık vermektedir.

Motiva Uluslararası Koçluk ve Liderlik Hizmetleri ekibinde Yönetici Koçluğu yapmakta ve liderlere eğitim vermektedir. Önceki yıllarda farklı pozisyonlardaki üst düzey yöneticiliği sırasında, 2009 senesinden bu yana şirket içi koç, mentor ve eğitmen olarak çalışanalrın gelişimini desteklemiştir. 2013 senesinden beri AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching-UK) akredite bir ‘Yönetici Koçudur’ ve  orta/üst düzey yöneticilere koçluk vermektedir. Aynı zamanda ‘İleri Düzey Landmark Kişisel ve Profosyonel Gelişim Programı’nı tamamlamıştır. Şu anda liderlik, takım yönetimi, yetenek yönetimi, sürdürülebilir stratejik işletme yönetimi, müşteri odaklılık, paydaş yönetimi gibi profesyonel yetkinlikleri geliştirme konularında üst düzey yöneticilere koçluk ve mentörlük vermektedir. Daha tatminkar bir kariyer ve kişisel hayat için bireylerin kendi iç gücünü ve kendi sorumluluklarını bulmaları konusuna kendini adamıştır. Dönüştürücü koçluk tekniklerini, somut aksiyon adımları ile birleştirmektedir. Eda orta/üst düzey yöneticilere koçluk ve mentörlük verirken, ‘ICF’in BizzBize Programı’ndaki kadın girişimcilere ve ‘ICF’in Öğrenci Kariyer Yönetimi Projesi’nde öğrencilere koçluk vermektedir. Bir yandan, ‘Women in Business Network-LEAD’de (Kadın Yöneticiler Networkü) kadın yöneticilere profosyonel koçluk ve mentörlük vermektedir.

Eda 2022 senesinde Duke University- Digital Pazarlama Masterını tamamlamıştır. Bilkent University & SDU Southern Denmark Odense University’den MBA’i ve Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversite’sinden İnşaat Mühendisliği derecesi vardır.
