Zeynep is ICF, International Coaching Federation, credentialed as an executive professional coach, PCC, who empowers individuals and teams to flourish via mindful leadership and smart coaching methods. She is enthusiastic for leading change and mindful leadership in organizations while inspiring people to discover their authentic potential.

She is also Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’s (SIYLI) Certified Teacher and an emotional intelligence trainer passionate about compassionate leadership development, and organizational relationship and systems coaching. She is enthusiastic to combine her corporate management experience with positive psychology and mindfulness methods for employees to thrive while enabling them to discover their life purposes, values and authentic selves. Spending years in global corporate banking industry enables Zeynep to connect deeply with people who work under competitive and stressful conditions.

She finds meaning to deliver practical mindfulness techniques and smart coaching methods to her coaches who are struggling to cope with many roles in daily life. One of Zeynep’s core strengths is leading her coachees to bring out their own wisdom to cope with emotions like overwhelm, anxiety or fear while empowering them to have the courage for inner transformation. Zeynep has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and graduated from Yeditepe University MBA program in 2002 with honors. She started her professional coaching journey with Coaches Training Institute’s (CTI ) Co Active Coaching Program and continues her growth with ORSC Team Coaching program – Organisational Relationship and System Coaching. She took role in several ICF Turkey Coaching projects to bring her corporate experience in the service of public. On her lifelong learning path, because she finds meaning in supporting families and children, she became a Parentology coach and completed Mindfulness In Schools Project Teacher Programs in order to bring mindfulness to student’s and parents daily lives as well as leaders.
